Firs time working as a contractor, I was sent to a company for a six-month assignment. At the end of my six months the VP of the company came to me and asked if I had any plans and could I stay longer? That was so big!

My job started off with a three-month assignment and I’ve been here for over four years. My boss is very nice and some of the things I’m allowed as a contractor go above and beyond. My boss is awesome and the VP that I work for treats me as If I am an employee and not a contractor.
