Nick Goel

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Pankaj (Nick) Goel is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ACS. Nick joined ACS as a Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. His contribution to ACS’ aggressive growth has been significant, and it has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronical who declared him the "2015 CFO of the Year" under the "Large Private Company" category.

Nick has more than 23 years of progressive experience in all phases of financial management, including strong expertise in Corporate Finance; Financial Planning & Analysis; Forecasting & Budgeting; Financial Operations & Accounting, and M&As.

Prior to joining ACS, Nick worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was the General Manager, Finance with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that, he worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India, from 1992 to 1996.

Nick holds various professional licenses including a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, CPA from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, and Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. He is a regular member of CFA Institute, CFA Society of Atlanta, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Dr. Promod Vohra

SVP and Chief HR and Talent Strategy Officer

Promod Vohra is the SVP and Chief Human Resources and Talent Strategy Officer for ACS. In this role, Promod is responsible for overseeing the Global HR operations and innovative talent management strategies to ensure that ACS continues to play a critical role in the staffing and solutions industry.

Prior to joining the ACS team, Promod was the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology (CEET) at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. As the Dean of CEET, Promod oversaw unique curricular programs and responded to the needs of regional and industrial partners. He also built a corporate partnership network which impacted student readiness, scholarships, funding, lab development, joint research endeavors, curricular partnerships, and innovation.

With more than 35 years of professional and academic expertise, Promod built a path of student career success starting from recruitment to placement. In doing so, he developed partnerships with more than 500 businesses and created mutually beneficial relationships. He has always considered workforce development and training to be an essential part of any economic activity. His commitment to serving the country by creating a well-educated workforce has been the central piece of his career. His transition to ACS extends his career in workforce development, training, and staffing.

Promod holds a B.S.E.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, New Delhi, India; an M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology, both from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.

Sanjeev Sardana

Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Sanjeev Sardana is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at ACS. He is responsible for managing Corporate IT, Marketing, Legal, M&A, and Global Service Delivery Operations. Prior to joining ACS, Sanjeev co-founded Mobio, a mobile platform and applications development company where he was responsible for product management, applications development, fundraising, and international business development.

Previously, Sanjeev has held progressively senior responsibilities in product development, product management, marketing, and corporate development in the telecom and financial services industries.

Sanjeev has a B. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, an MS degree in Computer Sciences from Washington State University, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Richard Escoffery

General Counsel

Rich Escoffery is General Counsel at ACS. In this role, he oversees the legal affairs of the company and is responsible for a wide range of legal issues that relate to the company’s activities and operations, including employment matters, contract review and negotiation, litigation, and compliance. He is also responsible for the management and oversight of ACS outside legal service providers.

Relying on more than 20 years of experience practicing law, Rich focuses on delivering the highest quality legal services to the business’ internal clients, acting as a business partner who happens to have legal expertise.

Prior to joining ACS, Rich was a partner at the law firm of Elarbee Thompson in Atlanta, where he represented large and medium-sized businesses in a wide variety of employment-related matters and was a frequent speaker to various human resources and business organizations. He began his career as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Rich has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

An active volunteer in the Atlanta community, Rich is an alumni mentor for Emory University’s 1915 Scholars Program and is a ministry leader in his church. He has also served on multiple alumni boards at Emory University and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Arbor Montessori School. Rich received a J.D. degree with distinction from the Emory University School of Law in 1995 and a B.A. degree from Emory University in 1992.

Brian Soderholm

SVP and President, HireGenics

Brian Soderholm is the Senior Vice President and President of HireGenics. As President, Brian is focused on delivering Independent Contractor Classification and Payrolling "Software as a Service" (SaaS) solutions to enterprise organizations. Brian has more than 27 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. Brian is responsible for both growing existing business and successfully developing sales strategies for new lines of business.

Prior to HireGenics, Brian worked at Chimes Inc and Bartech, where he executed multiple business development programs to include driving Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales of more than $4B in contract labor spend to more than sixty of the largest organizations in the world.

Brian holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. As a recognized solution sales leader in the staffing industry, Brian brings a unique understanding to the sales process that is dictated by selling solutions that focus on the success of the client.

John DeWeerd

Vice President, HireGenics

John Deweerd is the Vice President of HireGenics, an operating company of ACS Group. He is responsible for strategic client engagement for workforce management solutions, payrolling, and independent contractor compliance. John is also involved with continuous improvement for existing client relationships and leading solution strategies for new clients.

John has more than 15 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. Prior to HireGenics, John worked at several leading MSP providers, including Randstad Managed Services, the Bartech Group, and, most recently, as Vice President at Pontoon Solutions. Over the course of his career, John has successfully engaged and implemented some of the largest and most complex MSP and Contingent Workforce Management solutions in the industry.

As a recognized contingent workforce solution expert in the industry, John brings a unique understanding of how to partner and build solutions that focus on creating value for clients and helping them gain a competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.

John holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. He lives and works in Chicago with his wife and two children. John is a passionate Indiana University alumnus, Chicago sports fan, and avid competitive golfer.

Jeff Hoekstra

Group Vice President / RVP North Central Region

Jeff Hoekstra is the Group Vice President of Analysts International Corporation (Analysts). In this role, he is responsible for the development and delivery of Analysts’ differentiated business offerings with a focus on Enterprise Information Management solutions.

Jeff is a business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in business entrepreneurship, IT consulting, and software products and services development. Before joining the Analysts team in 2012, Jeff held a variety of Senior Account Executive positions where he identified, developed, and managed strategic relationships and provided direction and support to CIOs and senior IT executives. Jeff was also the founder and managing partner for several consulting firms where he focused on business strategy development, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and rapid application software development resources for small businesses and start-up organizations.

Jeff is a highly motivated strategic leader and results-driven professional with a broad business history in both domestic and international business-to-business environments. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas, with post-graduate work at Ohio University.

Paul Cmiel

RVP -North Central Region

Paul Cmiel is the Vice President of Sales for Analysts International Corporation (Analysts), a subsidiary of ACS. As Vice President, Paul leads a team of sales directors located throughout the United States, and he works closely with delivery professionals to ensure project success for our clients. The sales team is responsible for collaborating with clients to create customized, innovative solutions that focus on solving business challenges and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.

Prior to joining Analysts in 2012, Paul was the Senior Director, Global Healthcare Vertical, Sales and Marketing for CIBER. Here he was responsible for working with the sales and marketing teams to promote and drive new business in the healthcare market on both a national and global level.

Paul has more than 21 years of experience developing and marketing business and technical solutions, so he is highly-skilled in delivering solutions tied to clients’ strategic initiatives, resulting in strong ROI. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Tim Atkinson

RVP – Southeast Region

Tim Atkinson is the Group Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, Tim is responsible for the overall development and management of ACS business and technology consulting and staffing services across an eleven state geography. Specifically, he oversees client relations and market development, service delivery, H/R, recruiting, and business operations.

A seasoned management and technology consulting executive, Tim has more than 30 years of experience selling to and consulting across industry and business functions. Prior to joining the ACS team, Tim was the Regional Vice President at Ciber, Inc. where he delivered technology-enabled business results to commercial and public sector clients across the Mid-Atlantic area.

Previously, Tim worked for some of the largest consulting firms in the world: Ernst & Whinney (E&Y), Cap Gemini, and CGI. Additionally, he has a solid track record of well-managed growth, implementing innovative client solutions and market offerings, and a history of building and developing high-performing teams.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration degree, both from the University of South Carolina. He is a former board member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the North American Telecommunications Association, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

April Campo

Senior Vice President of Global Operations

April Campo is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for ACS. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring client and consultant satisfaction and for managing all Client Program teams. These teams are accountable for on boarding, time management, on-assignment care, and redeployment for all contractors.

April is a skilled operations leader with expertise in directing complex projects from inception through completion and developing effective processes and business analytics focused on increasing revenue and gross profit in intensely competitive environments. She is an accomplished executive who can attract, recruit, and build high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations teams for industry-leading professional staffing and solutions companies.

Before ACS, April was the Senior Director of Operations, North America, with Experis, where she was a key stakeholder in developing the Experis Sales and Recruiting Common Operating Model. April was a pioneer in driving brand consistency throughout North America into Latin America and across Europe. She also created and chaired the Operational Excellence Committee across field operations with the primary objective of improving quality of all processes from requisition receipt through cash collection.

With more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, April has a deep knowledge of the business, the marketplace, and all operational and workflow processes. She is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.

Nita Sardana

Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving

Nita Sardana is the Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving at ACS. She is responsible for all community engagement and philanthropic programs for the ACS family of companies. In this role, Nita is continuously looking for opportunities to support the communities that ACS serves.

Nita is heavily involved with the YWCA of Greater Atlanta’s Teen Girls in Technology (TGI Tech) Program, which strives to empower young women by increasing their interest and confidence in STEM fields and helping put these young women on the path to forging successful careers in STEM positions. ACS has been supporting the TGI Tech program for more than ten years, starting in 2006 when the program was still in its infancy.

Previously, Nita served as the Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, and Business Manager for ACS in its earlier days. She has also run several small independent commercial organizations engaged in consumer retail and services for more than 15 years.

Nita has won multiple awards for her philanthropic efforts. Most recently, she was an honoree at the 2014 YWCA of Greater Atlanta Salute to Women of Achievement. She was also a nominee for the Barbara B. Rose Volunteer of the Year Award in 2011. Nita has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Atul Gambhir

Chief Technology Officer and VP of IT

Atul Gambhir is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at ACS. He oversees Corporate IT including managing product management, product development, PMO, architecture, QA, IT operations, security, infrastructure, DevOps, Training, IT Support and IT Helpdesk.  He is also responsible for product/technology roadmap, 3rd party evaluation/integration, integration of acquisitions and partnering with business on key initiatives to create financial and operational efficiencies.

Atul brings together 25 years of experience in Product management, Product development, Business Process Offshoring, IT solutions global delivery & solutions sales across Forture 500 companies clients in banking, finance, retail, insurance, healthcare, telecom, logistics, supply chain and others.  Prior to that Atul has held management and technical leadership positions at AT&T, Accenture, and other SMB businesses.

Atul is a highly motivated strategic leader and results-driven professional with a broad business history in both domestic and international business-to-business environments. Atul holds a bachelors in Computer Science from the Birmingham-Southern College, with a post-graduate degree at University of Alabama in Birmingham.
